First, here is some general information:
All of our bags are handmade. We don’t keep large quantities of premade bags so that we can accommodate your custom requests.
Fabric has a limited time on the market. Therefore, fabric inventory only lasts for so long. That’s why we ask that you send an email when you’d like to make a change to the bag size or number. We will let you know if we have enough fabric to make what you need.

How long will it take for my order to ship?
Bags that are ordered from our made to stock selection will be shipped within 2 business days. Custom order times will vary and will be communicated to you when you place your requests.
I want multiple bags, but only one is available. Can I order more?
Please send an email with the number of bags you would like. If we have enough fabric, we’ll be happy to make more bags for you.
An item in my shopping cart is no longer available.
Someone has ordered the same item that you had in your shopping cart, and only one was available. Please send an email and we’ll be happy to make another bag for you if our fabric inventory allows.
Can I request a different size bag?
Yes! We are happy to make a bag to your exact specifications. Please contact us with your requests.
Can I request a different type of bag?
Absolutely! We are happy to make a bag to your exact specifications. We typically make small gift bags, larger tote bags, and zipper pouches. Drawstring bags or other bag designs are also available upon request.
Can I buy fabric only?
We do have small pieces of fabric available for sale. We are not a fabric retailer. We use our fabric to make our products, and do not keep a large inventory of each fabric design. Please contact us and we will let you know how much fabric is available for purchase.
Can I change the color of the liner fabric?
Yes! We keep our inventory simple and typically use white or black fabric for our liners. If you would like a special color liner, just let us know.
Can I change the color of the handles?
Yes! You can change the color and the material of the handles (ribbon, fabric, or webbing). Please contact us with your requests.
Can I add a pocket?
Yes! You can add a pocket to the inside or outside of the bag. Please contact us with your requests.
Can I add a zipper?
Yes! We are happy to make a bag to your exact specifications. Please contact us with your requests.
What is Exclusive Fabric?
Exclusive Fabric is fabric that was designed by Jaclyn at Zinnia’s Closet. This fabric is not for sale anywhere but on this website. The fabric is fully customizable and can be designed to your specifications. You can change the content, colors, and layout. A custom message can be printed directly on the fabric. You can add text such as your name, company or school information. Fabric yardage can be ordered, and is available in many materials such as cotton, canvas, knit, satin, spandex jersey, fleece, minky, denim, sport lycra and more.
